GEORGIA GRACE

Certified Sex and Relationships Practitioner, Somatic Therapist

Over the years Georgia has supported hundreds of individuals and couples to feel more comfortable and confident about sex and relationships. Her approach is sex positive, shame free, inclusive and trauma informed.

In session you can expect to work with top down approaches, including classic talk based processes, as well as somatic bottom up approaches drawing on the pioneering insights of neuroscience, somatic learning theory, embodiment and awareness of the body.

Top down therapy often starts with how we are thinking. Bottom up therapy often starts with what we are feeling in our bodies. When it comes to working with sex, pleasure, relationships and trauma, both the mind and the body need addressing.

In session you will have the opportunity to discuss, share, process, learn and feel, as you work with a range of modalities, tools and frameworks.

Sessions are co-created and client led. Georgia is a big believer in learning by doing, so at the end of each session she offers options for take home practices to implement everything you have worked through.

Alongside her clinical work, Georgia is the author of The Modern Guide to Sex and a co-founder of Normal. She has spoken at TEDx, and her work has appeared in Vogue, GQ and Body and Soul.
